It's that love of dance and to socialize that has led us to create Yami Dance Shoes.

My wife and I have always observed that after a long night of social dancing that the bottom of her feet would ache.We found this to also be true for many of our friends in the Latin dance scene.

Why wasn’t there a dance shoe that addressed this?

We decided to do something about it. We wanted to create Fashionable Dance shoes that focused on taking care of the dancer's feet. After much experimenting and research, we came up with the Yami cushions that are included in ALL OUR shoes! These cushion under the ball and heel of your feet make all the difference in the world.
